A leading European data centre contractor delivering large-scale hyperscale and mission-critical projects across key markets. Known for technical excellence, structured delivery, and a strong pipeline of complex new-build developments.
The Team
You will join an established project team delivering a major data centre projects in a number of locations across Germany. The environment is fast-paced, highly coordinated and collaborative, with close interaction between construction, engineering, and planning functions.
The Role
A key position responsible for managing and coordinating the full design process across CSA and MEP disciplines. Responsibilities include:
* Full ownership of design coordination from pre-construction through to delivery
* Managing design consultants, subcontractors, and external stakeholders
* Driving integration between design, programme, and construction teams
* Leading design reviews, workshops, and technical coordination meetings
* Ensuring design compliance with client standards, regulations, and buildability requirements
* Identifying and mitigating design risks to support programme and cost targets
The Requirements
Strong experience in Design Management on large-scale construction projects (ideally data centres or mission-critical builds)
* 5–8 years of professional experience in design management, architectural project leadership, or multidisciplinary coordination, ideally on large-scale or complex projects
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive design delivery to programme
* Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulatory compliance processes
* Experience in fast-paced, highly coordinated project environments
* Willingness to be based on-site in one of the locations across Germany.
