Key Responsibilities:
Ø Lead as the solution expert and introduce the technical vision for Sangfor focused Cloud solution internally and to customers
Ø Specific industry expert such as government, education, healthcare and enterprise. Understand the industry market size, industry requirement, and industry solution with additional value.
Ø Innovate in delivery. Embrace new agile ways of working, enabled by new Cloud tools, to deliver your Cloud solutions
Ø Provide technical expertise in analyzing customer key requirements, recommending solutions, and assisting sales and other pre-sales consultants with the development of proposals, presentations & etc.
Ø Collaborate with the Product Manager and Product Marketing teams who are responsible for the Sangfor’s Cloud technologies and solutions as well as the positioning of marketing & Industry.
Ø Provide feedback to product manager about product enhancements that can address customer needs and create the value
Ø Maintain a close working relationship with the key customer, as a “trusted consultant”
Ø Collaboration with Marketing to assist in the development of solution collaterals including but not limited to workshop materials, use cases, sales/partner training & etc.
Qualification:
Ø Strong technology background Cloud, i.e. Infrastructure, Hypervisor, Backup, Unified Storage, Virtual Desktop Infra.
Ø 5+ years solution architect or consulting system engineer or product marketing or working experience as sales, pre-sales or consultants, solutions architects in the cloud industry is a bonus
Ø Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
Ø Strong analytical skills and ability to work both independently and on cross functional teams.
Ø Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas.
