Aufgaben
3. As a key member of the risk management team, you will apply your expertise in a practical, international context
4. You will act as a vitalmunication bridge between the central risk management function and a subsidiary, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration across borders
5. Serve as the primary liaison between enterprise risk management and the subsidiary, facilitating clear and consistentmunication
6. Provideprehensive support for the subsidiary’s risk management function, ensuring alignment with group-wide standards
7. Coordinate and implement supervisory activities related to risk management across departments and regions
8. Monitorpliance with internalernance frameworks, while considering the specific needs of the entity
9. Take ownership of or contribute to risk-related initiatives and projects, including efforts to enhance the maturity and effectiveness of the subsidiary’s risk management practices
Profil
10. Strategic thinker with a proactive, independent working style
11. University degree in business, economics, mathematics, or a related field
12. Experience in the property and casualty insurance market, particularly in underwriting or product development
13. Solid understanding of risk management practices and the ability to engage in effective dialogue with senior leadership
14. Confident interpersonal andmunication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
15. Great organizational and time management abilities, with a strong customer and service orientation
16. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
17. Willingness to travel internationally as needed
