Your Tasks:
* Act as the main point of contact for further development and configuration of the Sofico Miles software solution
* Ensure 2nd level support for functional and technical issues
* Independent implementation of small to medium-sized system configuration as well as advisory support for more complex projects
* Analyzing and fixing system errors and ensuring the smooth operation of our core system
* Monitoring daily processes, performing regular maintenance work and continuously optimizing operational processes
* Managing the implementation of patches and upgrades, including coordination of related test phases
* Coordination and management of technical suppliers and partners, in particular with focus on prioritization and timely implementation of requirements
Your profile:
* Successfully completed studies or training in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
* At least two years of proven experience and knowledge in the technical and functional support of Sofico Miles
* Good knowledge of SQL, databases and reporting
* Experience in the creation of technical specifications
* Independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as initiative and creativity
* Willingness and interest to continuously familiarize yourself with new technologies
* Very good German as well as good written and spoken English skills
