Financial Reporting Accountant
- Your responsibilities: Act as a key point of contact for external auditors, the accounting team, and other relevant third parties involved in the reporting process Prepare and submit monthly reporting to the Banque Centrale du Luxembourg (BCL), management, and the parent company Produce regulatory reporting such as COREP and FINREP on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, in line with applicable requirements Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data across all reporting outputs, while contributing to process improvements Manage VAT obligations as well as corporate income tax reporting, in coordination with internal teams and external advisors Support audit processes by providing required financial data, analysis, and documentation Financial Reporting Accountant
- Your profile: Professional Background: You bring at least 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role within an accounting or audit department, ideally with a focus on the banking sector.
Technical Expertise: You possess a solid command of regulatory reporting software and frameworks such as IFRS, LUXGAAP, and prudential reporting.
Educational Credentials: You hold a Master's degree in Finance or a related field, providing you with the theoretical foundation to tackle complex financial challenges.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential for this international role, while proficiency in French or other European languages (Italian, Portuguese, German, …) is considered a valuable asset for our diverse team.
