For our Supply Chain Management team at the Voerde site we are looking for dedicated reinforcement. Job Responsibilities: Functional Excellence Strategy & Governance : Define and drive the global Procurement Functional Excellence roadmap, including standards, policies, KPIs, and performance management. Lead global process harmonization across Source-to-Pay, Contract Management, and Supplier Collaboration. Digitalization & AI Enablement : Spearhead digital transformation by implementing AI-driven tools and automation. Integrate and streamline the current procurement tool landscape aligned with the Flender S/4HANA roadmap. Support data-driven decision-making and predictive analytics capabilities for procurement. Capability Building & Best Practices: Develop a global knowledge platform, functional capability frameworks, and lead upskilling initiatives. Collaborate with HR/ Academy to embed procurement excellence in talent development. Program and Change Management: Manage global procurement transformation initiatives as part of the Flender Value Creation Program. Drive structured change management to ensure global adoption of new tools, processes, and behaviors Sustainability & Innovation: Integrate sustainable procurement practices into operations, including ESG/CSR compliance (e.g. CSRD, ESRS, CBAM). Develop tools for measuring and improving supplier sustainability performance People Management & Global Team Leadership: Lead a diverse global team of 20 FTEs across multiple locations. Manage Global Process Owners (S2C, P2P, BI, Supplier Management) and ensure high-quality operational support. Required Knowledge/ Skills, Education and Experience: Master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 10-15 years of professional experience in (strategic) Procurement and/or a Management Consulting role Proven track record in international process improvement projects, procurement and Supply Chain transformation, digitalization, lean project management.
