A Senior Key Account Manager is a strategic commercial leader responsible for developing and expanding a portfolio of high-value global OEM customers focusing on the integration of Eaton’s Power Management and Control Components (PMCC) portfolio within the data center cooling and infrastructure market. The PMCC portfolio includes a broad range of low-voltage electrical as Miniature Circuit Breaker MCB, Molded Case Circuit Breakers MCCB, contactors, fuses and Variable Speed Drives VSD, enabling safe, efficient, and reliable power distribution and motor control.
It is defined by the ability to position Eaton as a preferred supplier, influence customer platforms at an early stage, and create sustainable, long-term business value. Acting as a business partner, the Senior Key Account Manager owns the overall customer relationship, ensuring alignment across operational, management, and executive levels, while driving cross-functional initiatives internally. In addition, the role contributes to team leadership by mentoring and supporting local account managers, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.
Working closely with Eaton’s Business Units, the Senior Key Account Manager also plays a key role in shaping the development of products, solutions, and system architectures - ensuring alignment with evolving OEM requirements in the data center cooling market.
Develop and execute strategic account plans for global OEM customers, ensuring long-term growth and partnership development
Manage the sales pipeline end-to-end, including opportunity management, forecasting, and quotation processes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across account management activities, enhancing efficiency and customer value
Build and grow strategic global OEM relationships, with a strong focus on data center air and liquid cooling solutions
Act as the voice of the customer internally, aligning across sales, product management, engineering, and operations
Lead complex, multi-country account coordination across EMEA and global teams
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
~5 - 9 years of experience in B2B sales and key account management, with a proven track record of success
