As part of the Payment and Administration Services division, you will play a key role in supporting client lifecycle processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your Responsibilities Maintain and update client master data (e.g., name/address changes, company restructurings, relationship manager updates) Process periodic KYC reviews, condition changes, and client offboarding Open Delivery-versus-Payment (DvP) custody accounts, including KYC plausibility checks Set up accounts and custody accounts in EUR and foreign currencies Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders in both German and English Your Profile Completed banking apprenticeship or degree in business/economics Professional experience in a financial institution Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility Excellent communication skills in German and English Service-oriented, reliable, and solution-driven mindset
