As a Senior Consultant in Lucanet's Tax compliance and reporting solutions, you will contribute to the digital transformation of tax processes. You will work at the intersection of tax law, technology, and client projects, contributing your expertise to the development of our Tax Tech solutions—especially in the areas of income tax, VAT, Pillar 2, CBCR and digitalization. You will take ownership of complex tax projects within your area of expertise, support the implementation of tax-related solutions, and help drive improvements in tax processes while developing your specialized knowledge.

Activities
* Take ownership of challenging projects within your area of expertise in tax technology products and compliance solutions, with access to expert guidance when tackling the most complex scenarios
* Independently manage and implement client projects and support colleagues with regards to software functions and technical questions within your domain
* Serve as a trusted contact point for clients regarding tax-related requests and technical issues within your specialized area, with senior team support available for the most complex implementations
* Manage client projects in the Tax Tech space under guidance, focusing on delivering quality solutions within defined scope
* Cooperate with stakeholders to support the development of tax specialist topics and contribute to improvements in tax processes and solutions
* Support sales activities and contribute to growth initiatives in the tax technology space by providing technical demonstrations and expert knowledge
* Ensure quality assurance of your professional services while contributing to knowledge sharing within our organization
* Support the product team with expertise and insights for tax solution development, focusing on practical implementation experience within your area
* Contribute to training sessions and knowledge sharing initiatives for internal stakeholders
Requirements
* University degree in tax law, accounting, finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in tax consulting, Tax Tech, or in a corporate tax department
* Solid knowledge of German tax law, especially in income tax
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP/S4HANA) and ideally with ETL processes
* Strong affinity for IT and interest in the digitalization of tax processes
* Excellent communication skills in German and English (minimum C1 level)
* Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high level of responsibility
