Stellenbeschreibung
* Unterstützung bei der Maskengenerierung für VCSEL-GaAs-Halbleiterfertigungsprozesse
* Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung der technischen Dokumentation für Maskenlayouts sowie zugehörige Designregeln
* Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Masken-Jobfiles für Lithografieprozesse einschließlich EPI-, Mesa- und Grating-Strukturen
* Durchführung von Design Rule Checks (DRC) sowie Schicht- und Layoutverifikationen von Maskendaten
* Dokumentation von Prozessabläufen und Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Masken-Versionskontrolle
* Vorbereitung und Aufbereitung von Layout- und Produktionsdaten
* Erstellung von Visualisierungen, Auswertungen und technischen Berichten
Qualifikationen
* Laufendes Bachelor oder Masterstudium im Bereich Mikroelektronik, Halbleitertechnologie, Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Studiengang
* Grundlegendes Verständnis der Strukturen und Fertigungsprozesse von Halbleiterbauelementen
* Erste Kenntnisse in CAD-/Layout-Software von Vorteil
* Verantwortungsbewusste, strukturierte, detailorientierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* 15-20 Std. pro Woche / 6 Monate
