* Coordinate and follow up on IT service continuity plans and perform recovery tests at remote locations
* Support application managers with all inquiries regarding the ITSCM process and ensure timely Business Impact Assessments (BIA)
* Deliver awareness sessions and develop educational materials on disaster recovery principles (e.g., using the CESAR tool)
* Maintain and update ITSCM dashboards to monitor protection levels and prepare summary reports for management meetings
* Regularly review and optimize process documents in tools such as Adonis to enhance process maturity
* Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
* Sound knowledge of Business Continuity Management and IT Service Continuity (ISO 22301) as well as disaster recovery concepts (RTO, RPO, MTPD)
* Proficiency in process management tools (e.g., Adonis or ServiceNow) and reporting tools such as Power BI or Excel
* Strong communication and coordination skills for effective collaboration with international stakeholders
* Analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented way of working
* Working time model: 35 hrs./week
