As our Campus & Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll represent the heart of our campus: welcoming guests, supporting colleagues, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.
This position offers a working schedule from at least 20 hours per week up to full-time and requires regular on-site presence on campus for four days per week.
You’ll combine hospitality with organizational skill, keeping our campus an inspiring, well-structured, and people-centered environment.
This role brings together front desk responsibilities, campus coordination, and operational support. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, organizing processes, and shaping a place where people love to work and meet.
This role is based on-site at our headquarters in Schöppingen.
* As the first point of contact at the front desk, you ensure that every guest and employee is welcomed with professionalism and warmth. You take care of creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere that reflects the Shopware spirit.
* You coordinate the daily operations on campus by managing communication, logistics, and general organization. Thanks to your structured approach to work, all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
* Through your attention to detail, the campus remains an orderly, pleasant, and inspiring environment that encourages collaboration and supports everyone’s wellbeing.
* You play an active role in the planning and smooth execution of internal meetings and events.
* Administrative and operational tasks are handled by you with care and reliability, ensuring that the campus is running seamlessly.
* With your proactive mindset and creative ideas, you contribute to continuously improving the campus experience and making it an even better place to work, meet, and connect.
