* Development of applications and services in Delphi and C#
* Design and implementation of RESTful APIs and integrations (ERP, CRM, PLM systems)
* Analyze requirements and propose technical solutions and estimates
* Refactor and improve existing modules and address technical debt
* Work in an Agile Scrum team
* Develop unit tests and perform white-box testing
* Maintain technical documentation
* Provide 3rd-level support for production issues
* Contribute to technology modernization and system improvements
