Project Lead Role Overview
* Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to oversee and coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong analytical mindset, and effective communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define project scope, identifying needs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Lead team efforts, motivate members, and ensure timely delivery of results within budget constraints.
* Adhere to established project management frameworks, identify risks, and create schedules to mitigate potential overruns.
* Monitor project development, produce necessary documentation, and report project status to stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, along with proven experience as a project manager.
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, solid organizational abilities, and strong analytical thinking.
* Experience with Avaloq Core Banking software, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and JIRA.
* Fluency in English and German languages, with French and additional language skills considered an asset.
