TasksThe Opportunity
As Sales Executive, you will take ownership of a defined territory and customer portfolio, driving new business development while managing and growing existing accounts. You will work closely with technical and delivery teams to bring compelling, solution-led propositions to market across utilities, commercial & industrial, and public sector clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the DACH regionManage and grow a portfolio of existing client relationships, maximising revenue and retentionDevelop a deep understanding of client energy challenges and present tailored clean technology solutionsWork collaboratively with technical pre-sales and delivery teams to develop winning proposalsAccurately forecast pipeline and revenue using CRM tools, reporting regularly to senior leadershipRepresent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings across the regionContribute to go-to-market strategy, providing market intelligence and competitive insightProfile
What We're Looking ForFluent German and strong English, both written and spoken — essentialProven B2B sales track record, ideally within utilities, solar/renewable energy, or electronics/electrical technologyA consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach with demonstrable new business successExperience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesCommercial acumen and the ability to build compelling business casesWe offerPackage & Benefits
