Join our Berlin team as a Senior Designer in the BCG Berlin office to help clients infuse their work with meaning, accelerate growth, and create positive change. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Owning PowerPoint and visual storytelling Design sophisticated PowerPoint presentations and client-ready deliverables that turn complex strategic content into clear, compelling visual narratives. This includes story flows, frameworks, diagrams, visual systems, and polished slide experiences. Creating design across brand and experience Develop high-quality visual work across brand identity, digital and print materials, physical touchpoints, events, activations, proposals, case studies, and other client experiences. Ensure design work is clear, consistent, and distinctive across formats, audiences, regions, and client contexts. Working with AI and emerging creative tools Use AI as an integral part of the design process – from research, inspiration, and concept exploration to image-making, prototyping, iteration, and production – while applying strong judgment around quality, originality, confidentiality, and client standards. Working across teams and projects Collaborate closely with strategists, writers, designers, BCG teams, clients, and external partners while contributing across multiple projects and workstreams with focus, flexibility, and attention to quality. QUALIFICATIONS Design experience and craft 3–5 years in graphic, brand, communication, or presentation design, ideally in an agency, consulting, branding, or client-service environment. A strong portfolio showing visual storytelling, presentation design, brand systems, and multi-format design work. Presentation and tool fluency Advanced PowerPoint skills, strong command of layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, pacing, and visual systems, and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Figma, motion, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools are a plus. Strategic, AI-enabled creativity Ability to understand complex content and translate it into clear, elegant, purposeful design. Hands-on experience with AI tools, or strong curiosity and willingness to use them to strengthen exploration, execution, and workflows while maintaining high standards of craft, confidentiality, and judgment. Collaborative, purpose-driven mindset Confidence working with strategists, writers, creatives, consultants, clients, and vendors. A growth mindset, openness to feedback, strong organizational instincts, and motivation to create work with meaning and impact. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
