Why we need this role
At Colt, we are transforming our business and industry perception. As part of this, we are expanding new services and teams to drive growth. Colt offers world-class network and communication services across Europe, Asia, and North America, combining local expertise with global reach. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role involves maintaining and growing revenue within existing accounts in a specific region, minimizing churn, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
What you will do
* Maintain and expand customer portfolios by identifying up- and cross-selling opportunities
* Develop and implement strategies to reduce churn and renew contracts with minimal discounts
* Create compelling win-strategies for each opportunity
* Ensure professional execution of win-strategies
* Present industry-leading proposals to IT and General Management of clients
* Build relationships at the C-Level within each account
* Maintain an up-to-date Account Development Plan monthly
* Achieve or surpass personal booking and revenue targets to minimize churn
* Provide accurate pipeline, forecast, and win-loss reports to track performance
* Engage across all client divisions to generate demand for Colt services
Key performance indicators (financial and non-financial):
* Qualified pipeline covering 12–18 months
* High customer satisfaction in sales
* Meeting all ACV and revenue growth targets
* Accurate monthly/weekly business forecasts
* Execution of sales plans aligned with milestones
Relationships and key contacts:
* Lead deal qualification, proposal, negotiation, closure, and resourcing processes
* Provide feedback on product and service development to Sales Directors and partners
What we're looking for
* At least five years of sales experience, preferably in an international service business
* Strong pipeline and forecast management skills
* Ability to communicate, present, and influence at the Director level in multicultural environments
* Experience in the TK/IT market with an affinity for TK/IT technologies
You will likely be a natural networker, building long-term relationships and acting as a trusted advisor with a strategic and innovative mindset. Results-oriented, resilient, and positive, you demonstrate perseverance and inspire others through persuasive communication. Professional-level English skills and proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce are required.
