Our Europe Media Solutions Business Unit, responsible for Information Display and Information Technology businesses, is seeking a strategic, creative, and digitally driven Marketing Specialist to join its B2B Marketing Team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns that strengthen LG’s brand presence, drive engagement, and support business growth across European markets. You will collaborate closely with EU subsidiaries, sales teams, and agencies to deliver integrated digital programs that connect LG’s offline initiatives, such as trade shows, partner events, and product launches, with impactful online storytelling across social media, webinars, and video channels.

1. 360° Campaign Development: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that connect paid, owned, and earned channels to deliver measurable business impact.
2. Social Influence & Brand Presence: Lead LG’s visibility on LinkedIn and other digital platforms through strategic content planning, storytelling, and community engagement.
3. Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and manage high-quality content (posts, visuals, videos, case studies) that communicates LG’s innovation and value proposition to B2B audiences.
4. Digital Amplification of Offline Events: Translate offline activities (trade shows, product demos, partner events) into engaging digital stories and social media activations.
5. Webinars, Seminars & Video Channels: Coordinate and promote online events and video content (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn Live) to extend reach and thought leadership.
6. Paid Campaigns & Lead Generation: Design and optimize full-funnel LinkedIn and digital campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
7. Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Support persona-based nurture journeys and ABM programs to accelerate lead readiness and conversion.
8. Performance Tracking & Insights: Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with EU subsidiaries, BDMs, and HQ teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure consistent messaging.
Your qualifications
10. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Communications, or a related field.
11. 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or B2B marketing, ideally within a technology environment.
12. Proven ability to plan and execute integrated digital campaigns and manage social media channels (especially LinkedIn).
13. Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
14. Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead generation tools.
15. Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital media best practices.
16. Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
17. Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
18. Familiarity with AI-based content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI) is a plus.
19. Design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus and expert in MS Office package.
