Support in recruiting processes (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate pre-selection)
~Maintain employee records and update the HR database
~Assist with onboarding and offboarding
~Participate in HR projects and engagement initiatives
~Assist with compliance topics and documentation
Ongoing or completed studies in HR, Business Administration or related fields
~First insights into HR practices are a plus
~Fluent in English; German is a plus
~Confident in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
