Lepaya is seeking a results-driven Strategic Account Executive with a strong hunting drive and exceptional farming skills to join our Finance, ManuPharma, or Consulting "Big 4" pods. In this role, you will own the entire client lifecycle— from acquiring and managing large enterprise accounts to leveraging your strategic expertise to drive growth and capitalize on key business opportunities.

You’ll scope projects, transform them into actionable milestones, and develop strategic plans that deliver impactful results. Your ability to both hunt for new opportunities and cultivate lasting relationships with enterprise accounts will be essential to your success.

While you’ll have a supportive team behind you, your success will depend on your ability to independently track down new opportunities and nurture existing ones. What you’ll bring

1. Min 5+ years in a strategic sales role, with extensive experience working with high-level stakeholders such as CHROs, CEOs, and Heads of HR or L&D, preferably within the Finance, ManuPharma or Consulting industries

2. Affinity with the learning & development landscape

3. Fluent in English and German
4. Located in Germany, preferably Munich or Berlin area close to one of our Lepaya office
5. Experience handling complex solutions and managing longer sales cycles, often involving cross-functional teams

6. Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions that positively impact the business

7. Coaching team members, communication, and problem-solving skills

8. In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and customer needs

9. Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets and strategic objectives


Your first-year achievements

10. Bring in up to 1M EUR in new bookings for impacting upskilling solutions at new and existing clients with +2.5k employees, across the DACH region

11. Establish and monitor performance metrics for your territory

12. Effectively allocated 80% of your time to acquiring new business and 20% to managing existing accounts, focusing on identifying growth opportunities and serving as a consultant. These allocations will evolve as you build and develop your client portfolio.

13. Be the go-to expert in your territory for your customer's sector, providing expert advice on complex decisions

14. Proactively identify and tackle future issues before they escalate

15. Manage expectations, and articulate reasons for project or timeline changes

16. Collaborate with a team of customer success managers, account managers, operations, and other internal stakeholders

17. Actively plan and align complex projects and strategic communications to deliver Lepaya's goals
