* Consulting and support for customers throughout the entire development process of extensive ETL routes
* Conceptualization and implementation of technical requirements in Microsoft Fabric, involving other departments of the SoCura companies, customer representatives and external partners.
* Commissioning and managing support and development requests to service providers
* Initiation, evaluation including responsible management of service and change requests as well as analysis and
resolution of incidents.
* Management of specialist projects and creation of business blueprints, as well as participation in defect management.
* Preparation and delivery of solution presentations in the course of project work, customer acquisitions, and evaluation committees.
* Creation of documentation
* Training of users and customers in the assigned area of responsibility
* Participation in achieving the departmental goals
* Support in the training of apprentices and students
* Willingness to participate in on-call duty
THIS IS WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
* Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or business administration, or a comparable qualification.
* Extensive professional experience in ETL development, ideally in conjunction with a heterogeneous system landscape
* Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
* Practical experience in Python development
* Certification in Microsoft Fabric / Power BI is desirable.
* Excellent knowledge of the conception and creation of business blueprints.
* Independent, quality- and goal-oriented work style as well as analytical, solution-oriented thinking
* Excellent comprehension skills, with the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with complex topics.
* Strong service mentality as well as good communication and teamwork skills
