YOUR ROLE AT SIXT With your team you provide technical support in daily operations as well as on-site support for end users, including VIP support You lead and manage a team of three tech professionals, including recruitment, coaching, objective setting, and performance appraisal You develop, standardize, and document efficient support processes to enhance service delivery and ensure consistent, high-quality support across the organization You proactively identify and analyze structural IT issues, coordinating with various departments to develop sustainable solutions that align with business objectives You manage critical incidents and complex escalations from initial response through resolution, ensuring SLA adherence and maintaining clear stakeholder communication YOUR SKILLS MATTER Professional Experience & Education You have successfully completed an IT apprenticeship (e.g., systems integration) and bring several years of practical experience in IT system administration, where you've tackled complex technical challenges and continuously developed your expertise Leadership & Project Management You demonstrate proven leadership experience and have successfully managed teams.
