As a
Recruitment Consultant 360°
, you will manage your own market and develop long-term client relationships while placing high-demand profiles.
No IT background required
-your commercial skills are what matter most.
What You'll Do
Recruitment & Market Ownership
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for your market
* Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
* Conduct interviews and guide candidates throughout the process
* Negotiate offers and manage post-placement relationships
* Build expertise and become the go-to consultant for your niche
Business Development
* Prospect new clients through calls, emails, and meetings
* Identify new business opportunities within the German market
* Build and manage your own client portfolio
* Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
* Develop strong, long-term partnerships
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in
sales, business development, or recruitment (180° or 360°)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Confident in outbound commercial activity
* Target-driven, resilient, and ambitious
* Motivation to grow in a fast-moving, competitive environment
* IT experience is NOT required
