As a Professional in Outsourcing Management, you will support the establishment and maintenance of a robust, risk-oriented and regulatory-compliant framework for third-party services. Your focus will be on ensuring transparency, consistency and audit-proof documentation in line with regulatory expectations, under Exchange Act (BörsG), DORA and relevant exchange regulations.
Your tasks:
* You support the assessment, classification and ongoing monitoring of outsourcing arrangements and third-party services across their full lifecycle
* You help implement and manage regulatory requirements, especially those under BörsG, DORA, and related exchange regulations.
* You ensure that risks are identified, assessed and documented in a transparent, structured and audit-proof manner
* You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. business units, Legal, Compliance, Continuity Management, Information Security and Risk Management) and actively drive adherence to defined standards and processes
* You support the preparation of management and regulatory reporting, as well as internal and external audits
* You contribute to the continuous enhancement of the outsourcing and third-party risk framework, with a focus on regulatory robustness and efficiency

Your skills:
* Completed degree in Business Administration, Law, (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification (e.g. banking apprenticeship or experience within audit or regulated financial services environments)
* Initial practical experience in third-party risk management or regulatory risk management or knowledge in adjacent areas such as Business Continuity Management and/or Information Security is an advantage
* Alternatively, strong relevant exposure through studies, internships or working student roles
* Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, ideally in the context of BörsG, DORA and other exchange regulations or comparable frameworks
* A structured, diligent and pragmatic working style with a strong sense of accountability and quality
* Hands-on mindset combined with sound judgment and attention to what matters, while maintaining a holistic view
* Ability to clearly communicate, challenge and drive topics forward, even in complex stakeholder environments
* Very good English skills, both written and spoken
