As a Director Application Marketing Management for Photovoltaic (PV), you develop the global Go-to-Market strategy for PV, create content, and drive engaging customer relationships! In your new role you will:
* Be responsible for the global G2M strategy, which includes a market and value chain analysis, regional insights, market segmentation, and positioning of the right Infineon products
* Create application collateral such as the application presentation, value propositions, fighting guides, and technical application deep dives; together with the technical teams
* Drive and create system recommendations together with the system team that result in a block diagram, selection guides, and concrete product recommendations. This will enable our customers to make use of the full Infineon portfolio
* Conduct customer visits and organize trade shows that are relevant for the application
* Align with product lines, system organizations, and sales force in the regions (FAEs, sales, regional marketing) to scale learnings within the application across the entire organization
You put the customer at the heart of your thoughts and actions, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and know how to establish sustainable relationships and networks. As business savvy character and with passion to go beyond existing business, you recognize profitable and strategic business opportunities and take the lead when it is necessary to bring things forward. With your hands-on mentality and creativity, you inspire your team members to succeed while never losing sight of pragmatism and the big picture.
Beyond, you are best equipped for this task if you have:
* A technical degree like Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar
* At least 8 years of professional and relevant work experience within the field of photovoltaic
* Profound expertise in the fields of technical marketing, engineering and business management roles of progressively greater scopes and responsibilities
* Strong and established network with key players in the global photovoltaic industry
* Experience in the field of photovoltaic and power semiconductor understanding
* Ideally a background in the field of photovoltaics
* Good technical understanding of the most relevant topologies across all photovoltaic segments, from residential to utility, including system understanding of the application
* Remarkable presentation and communication skills in English, German as a plus
