Forward Role are partnering with a high‑growth, global consumer brand as they continue to accelerate their presence across Europe. This is a business known for pace, innovation and genuine disruption — not bureaucracy. Due to the growth, they’re hiring an experienced HR Manager for Central & Eastern Europe, based in Frankfurt, to take delivery of the People & Culture agenda across Germany, Poland and Norway.
This is a standalone, highly autonomous role with real influence — ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments and enjoys building, shaping and scaling.
The Role
You’ll act as the go‑to HR lead for your regions, owning everything from onboarding to complex employee relations. Working closely with senior stakeholders locally and a wider EMEA People team, you’ll translate strategy into action and culture into lived experience.
What you’ll be doing
* Own the end‑to‑end employee experience across Germany, Poland and Norway
* Adapt regional People & Culture strategies so they land effectively in each market
* Lead employee relations cases end‑to‑end, ensuring compliance without slowing the business down
* Coach and develop line managers, building confident, capable leaders
* Drive engagement initiatives and regional events that genuinely resonate
* Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring, culture interviews and market insights
* Balance autonomy, pace and commercial judgement in a scaling environment
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in a regional HR Generalist or HR Manager role
* Strong expertise in German employment law (essential)
* Experience working across multiple countries or complex European markets
* Fluent in English and German
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions without perfect information
