How you will contribute:
1. Design and configuring workflow-based interfaces including mapping of standard formats like EDIFACT, IDOC, JSON, X.12, XML and others and specific formats either into our internal format and vice versa or directly into destination format
2. Knowledge of communication protocols like AS2, OFTP, SFTP and API
3. Project management, functional and integration testing and detailed implementation and change documentation
4. Performing patching, maintenance and configuration changes of our middleware software
5. Perform analysis of incidents and provide corrective actions
6. Proactively watches alert notifications both directly from the middleware as well as from the service desk and resolves or escalates these as required
Your key qualifications:
7. Completed professional training or Bachelor's degree in computer science/ computer engineering or provable equivalent experience
8. Experience and knowledge in edi message types and protocols used for electronic data interchange and/or experience and knowledge in API-based communication
9. Experience and knowledge in edi middleware, especially Lobster data and/or Boomi
10. Knowledge in network technology and network security
11. Ability to multitask and prioritize
12. Strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
13. Experience in following change management and change control processes
14. Experienced in working both as part of a team and independently
