About the Role
As a sales leader, you will be responsible for driving growth and achieving key performance indicators within your assigned region. This includes developing new business opportunities, preparing and negotiating annual contracts, and maintaining accurate customer information.
Your Key Qualifications
* A master's degree in optics, electronics, or physics, combined with at least 5 years of proven success in technical sales within an industrial environment.
* A strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components, with the ability to translate technical specifications into customer solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals with high-value customers.
* Fluent in English and skilled in building trustful relationships across functions and cultures within a matrix organization.
* Comfortable with market analysis, forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities; willing to travel internationally as required.
