Your tasks
7. Ensuring timely and correct invoicing
8. Technically correct mapping of billing structures in SAP, including maintenance of associated master data.
9. Creation and distribution of market news in accordance with current market communication guidelines
10. Systematic processing of clarification cases and ensuring the timely resolution of open issues
11. Taking on diverse back-office tasks, e.g., data maintenance, documentation, and internal coordination.
Your profile
12. Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
13. Basic knowledge of the energy industry or initial experience in billing network usage fees
14. Basic knowledge of SAP or willingness to learn quickly
15. A good understanding of processes
16. Solution-oriented, structured and meticulous work style
17. Reliability and a customer-oriented mindset
18. Working time model: 38 hours/week
