Category Operations Assistant (m/w/d) - 12 months contract
Location: Munich, Germany; Berlin, Germany; remote, Germany;
Your responsibilities
1. You support the buyer and operations in order preparation with reports and analyses for order processing.
2. You check the supplier's order data for completeness and quality.
3. You coordinate communication between the buyer and the supplier regarding quality issues with the order data and agree on delivery dates.
4. You process and record orders in coordination with the buyer in our inventory management system.
5. Invoice verification and approval of supplier invoices.
6. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
About you
7. You have successfully completed commercial training and have professional experience in the textile/fashion industry.
8. You are characterized by your high team spirit and commitment.
9. You work conscientiously and results-oriented.
10. You are proficient in handling inventory management systems (SAP, Jira, etc.) and MS Office, especially Excel.
11. You enjoy working with data, analyses, and processes.
12. Your English and German skills are good in both spoken and written form.
