HR Operations Specialist - Interim
Close to Berlin/Stuttgart, Germany Occasional travel
Language: English and German
Must-Have
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations
• Strong understanding of German HR regulations and statutory requirements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR data
• Familiarity with HR systems such as PeopleSoft HCM, Workday, or similar tools
• Experience with ServiceNow is required
Good-to-Have
• Knowledge of SAP Signavio is an advantage
• Having acted as team lead for global HR Teams (ideally Germany, nearshore and offshore)
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1. Act as a global team lead to manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle (hire to retire)
2. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and retained HR organizations and conduct quality checks for HR processes and provide feedback to improve team performance
3. Handle complex HR-related questions and provide accurate guidance
4. Ensure compliance with German HR regulations, including social security, income tax, labour law, and works constitution law
5. Utilize HR systems such as PeopleSoft and supporting tools such ServiceNow and SAP Signavio to manage workflows and cases
