Vice President Transaction Advisory / Strategy (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
1. Lead the strategic development of the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team with management.
2. Oversee customer acquisition, team staffing, project prioritization, execution, and profitability, ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Manage end-to-end implementation of international Commercial, Digital, Tech, and Data Due Diligence projects for buy-side and sell-side transactions, including strategy definition and process oversight.
4. Develop internal expertise and establish partnerships with private equity funds.
5. Standardize processes and quality assurance for projects and solutions.
6. Engage in sales activities and develop new services based on current trends, including AI.
7. Collaborate with the Leadership Team across departments.
8. Represent OMMAX at events, trade shows, and universities.
9. Support team development and recruitment efforts with People & Culture.
Qualifications
* University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
* 8+ years of experience in digital strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or digital marketing.
* Deep knowledge of tech, marketing, AI, and current digital trends.
* Proven leadership and project management skills.
* Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills.
* Service-oriented, responsible, and passionate team player.
* Fluent in English.
