Job Description The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Vertical Marketing and Area Marketing Center Director, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Guiding industry expertise and thought leadership: empowering the Vertical Marketing team to leverage market trends, insights, and competitive intelligence to shape targeted global marketing strategies and campaigns that deepen customer understanding, build stronger relationships, and drive competitive advantage within specific market segments. Developing industry-specific go-to-market strategies: partnering with global business leaders to shape targeted marketing plans that address industry needs and accelerate growth within key verticals. Driving global-regional marketing alignment: ensuring vertical marketing strategies align with global business objectives while collaborating with Area Marketing Center teams to localize and activate marketing initiatives regionally. Partnering with Area Marketing teams: ensuring that localized marketing approaches reflect country-specific needs, regulations, and cultural nuances while maintaining brand consistency. Measuring and optimizing impact: establishing clear KPIs to track marketing effectiveness, ensuring that vertical and area marketing investments deliver measurable ROI. Serving as a change leader: driving alignment, agility, and collaboration across marketing functions to enhance customer engagement and business outcomes.
