Main responsibilities:
2. Manage our HR Expertise Teams (Centers of Excellence in the areas of Development & Brand, Leadership Empowerment, Compensation & Benefits, and Data & Processes)
3. Develop and integrate global HR excellence strategies, processes and programs
4. Develop and integrate a group-wide digital employee journey
5. Ensure and promote smart human capital management, including the main fields learning, talent & career management, next generation & new work and performance management
6. Establish people analytics and employee experience
Key Requirements:
7. Holistic, innovative, and solution-oriented thinking with strong conceptual skills
8. High expertise and comprehensive knowledge in various HR areas and in leading HR teams
9. High affinity for understanding future and trends in Global Business, Organizations & HR as well as a tangible passion for processes, data & AI
10. Ability to empower global HR areas connecting business needs with people strategies
11. Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English and German
12. High level of empathy and intercultural competence
13. High adaptability and ability to collaborate and mediate across functions and processes
