Third-Party-Risk Manager (gn)
For our client, a leading global universal bank with its European headquarters in Frankfurt, we are currently looking for a Third-Party-Risk Manager (gn) to strengthen the Team.
Tasks:
* Together with other team members, oversee and monitor the banks' Third Party Risk exposure from 2 LoD perspective
* Support in coordinating and managing the TPRM-Process with Outsourcing coordinators (incl. centralized outsourcing officer, relationship managers and accountable owners)
* Validate Cyclical Review plan conducted by Outsourcing coordinators from Risk Management perspective
* Review Outsourcing Determinations, Service Criticality Assessments and Service Provider Risk Assessments
* Analyse, monitor and report KPIs and Formal Performance Reviews and follow up on remediation actions
* Review and track the remediation actions from 2 LoD perspective
* Analyse regulatory and legal obligations and propose changes to be implemented in the TPRM Framework
* Support Management in on-going development of the TPRM-Framework and its policies
Requirements:
* Knowledge of the market and regulatory standards for TPRM
* Detailed understanding of internal and external reporting of TPR
* Understanding of identifications, assessment and monitoring approaches used in TPRM
* Knowledge of intragroup outsourcing management (including intragroup)
* Understanding of the regulation relating to risk (MaRisk) (desirable)
* Understanding of risk frameworks and their link to strategy
* Cultural awareness
* Fluency in English (German is a plus)
