The Opportunity
As an SAP S/4HANA Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in helping business units successfully transition from legacy ERP environments to modern SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based solutions.
Working alongside experienced SAP architects, transformation leaders, and business stakeholders, you will contribute to programmes that impact multiple countries, business functions, and operational areas.

Responsibilities
* Support large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes from assessment through deployment.
* Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and business process design sessions.
* Analyse existing ERP landscapes and define future-state operating models.
* Support migration, integration, and cloud transformation initiatives.
* Help shape transformation roadmaps aligned to SAP best practices.
* Collaborate with project leadership, business stakeholders, and SAP specialists across multiple workstreams.
* Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Stay at the forefront of SAP innovation including Cloud ERP, AI, automation, and emerging SAP technologies.
What Were Looking For
* Experience working within SAP transformation, implementation, or migration projects.
* Understanding of SAP business processes within Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Retail, or related domains.
* Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Cloud ERP, RISE with SAP, or Private Cloud environments.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Ability to facilitate workshops and translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions.
* Structured and analytical approach to problem solving.
* Relevant SAP certifications are advantageous.
* Fluent German and English language skills.
