Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement fine-tuning strategies for domain-specific LLM applications
Develop LoRA adapter architectures and parameter-efficient training methods
Prototype and evaluate new training methodologies and model architectures
Lead proof-of-concept and demo development for quick LLM-based demos
Contribute to broader data science projects across the team
Support pre-sales demonstrations by designing and prototyping LLM pipelines, providing technical guidance on retrieval strategies and system architecture decisions
Required Capabilities:
Background in ML/AI with both practical and theoretical knowledge in large language models
Deep understanding of transformer architectures and fine-tuning approaches
Hands-on experience with LoRA adapters and parameter-efficient methods
Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and HuggingFace ecosystem
Research mindset with publications preferred
Adaptable team player comfortable with diverse data science challenges
LLM Pipeline Design : Experience with modern LLM frameworks and cloud services for rapid prototyping and architectural guidance. Willingness to learn about new frameworks and services
RAG & Query Systems : Deep understanding of retrieval algorithms, embedding strategies, and semantic search approaches for optimal system design, including query routing/translation and retrieval optimization techniques
