3-year apprenticeship as an IT specialist system integration* (f/m/d) starting on 1 September 2026 at our Waldkirch site in cooperation with the Walter Rathenau vocational school in Freiburg (block teaching).
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
* Diverse insights and collaboration in various departments such as Global IT
* Extending functions and analysing and rectifying errors in existing projects
* Application of project planning, implementation and quality assurance methods
* Presentation of customer solutions and creation of documentation
* Learning various programming and scripting languages (e.g. Python, Shell)
* Setting up and maintaining networks
* Administration of servers and database systems
* Insights into the basics of cyber security (e.g. pentesting, encryption, firewalls)
WHAT YOU NEED:
* Secondary school leaving certificate, university entrance qualification, A-levels or comparable training
* Basic technical understanding
* Good knowledge of technical subjects such as computer science, maths and English
* Interest in network infrastructure and computer hardware
* Initial experience in programming is an advantage
* Ability to work independently in accordance with specifications
* Creativity and motivation
* Enjoy working in a team
* German language skills (language level B2 recommended)
