You will be part of the HR Team in Germany and collaborate closely with the international recruitment team, inside of the OVHcloud HR department
You will work within the European clusters, which focus on commercial and industrial activities such as sales, prospecting for new customers, marketing solutions, and data center management.
You will work closely with all your partners, whether they are in human resources, operational managers, or department directors.
Key Account Manager, Business Developer, Pre-sales Engineer, DC IT Technician, Office Manager etc.
You will ensure a positive candidate experience by supporting your future talent throughout the process.
You will advise hiring managers at each stage of the process (gathering requirements, redefining requirements, interviews, negotiations, etc.).
You compile all the KPIs for your area (time to fill, number of hires, sources of applications, etc.) Together with the Country HR Manager, you will implement employer branding measures supporting the recruiting targets and KPIs, such as recruiting events, partnerships with schools etc.
Co-facilitation of cross-functional projects (school relations, recruiting event, crossboarding, HR development, etc.).
At least 5 years' experience in similar roles in a consulting firm or company and in an international context
Knowledge of the commercial and industrial sector in the German market
English and German (minimum C1)
French is a plus
French (B2)
Knowledge of SAP,
