Global Sales Organization Member
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage customer relationships and service levels. Key responsibilities include timely and accurate quote-to-cash process management, maintaining high-quality service, and demonstrating professional customer management skills.
* Develop and maintain strong partnerships with customers through effective communication and relationship building.
* Monitor customer development and adjust actions accordingly to meet business objectives.
* Support sales forecasts and communicate customer priorities to ensure seamless alignment.
* Coordinate the quote-to-cash process and ensure data quality in ERP systems.
Requirements:
* Hold a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
* Speak fluent English and at least one additional European language.
* Prior experience in customer service is essential, with SAP knowledge being a significant advantage.
* Be proactive, self-motivated, communicative, and customer-centric, with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
