Tasks
* Operational Management: Direct daily scanning operations including preparation, scanning, quality control, and data export.
* Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage scanning operators, ensuring adherence to policies and performance targets.
* Quality & Productivity: Implement quality control, monitor production, and optimize workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
* Equipment & Process Improvement: Oversee scanner maintenance and troubleshooting, continuously identifying and implementing process enhancements.
* Compliance & Security: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and data privacy protocols.
* Reporting & Inventory: Prepare operational reports and manage the secure flow and tracking of physical documents.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; vocational training with extensive experience considered.
* Experience: 1-2 years in a management supervisory or team lead role within a high-volume scanning/digitization environment.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency with scanning equipment and software, understanding of image processing (OCR), DMS/CMS, and Google Suite.
* Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
* Leadership: Strong ability to lead and motivate a production team.
* Problem-Solving & Detail: Excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
