Sales and Business Development Lead
based in Frankfurt to help us build new client relationships, generate leads and shape commercial workplace solutions in Germany.

The Sales and Business Development Lead is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple territories, with direct accountability for sales performance in Germany. This role combines team leadership with active sales execution, including managing key accounts, generating new business, and meeting individual activity and revenue targets.
The successful candidate will lead a small, cross-territory sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and personally contribute to business development efforts in the German market.

Key responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
* Develop and execute a multi-territory sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
* Lead, coach, and manage a small international sales team to achieve collective targets.
* Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans where needed.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales efforts with broader business goals.
Direct Sales Execution (Germany)
* Personally manage sales activities in the German territory, including:
* Prospecting and lead generation
* Client meetings and presentations
* Negotiation and closing of deals
* Meet individual sales targets and activity metrics (e.g., number of calls, appointments, proposals).
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Sales Operations
* Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the sales function.
* Ensure effective use of CRM and sales tools to track performance and pipeline.
* Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Market & Client Development
* Identify new market opportunities and develop entry strategies.
* Support diversification and innovation initiatives to expand the client base.
* Provide market feedback to inform product development and pricing strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to support sales initiatives.
* Contribute to strategic planning and business reviews.
Qualifications&Experience
* Proven experience in a senior sales role with both leadership and direct selling responsibilities.
* Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in the German market.
* Proven experience in Facility Management Industry or similar.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
* Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
