Job Description About your tasks: Own the end-to-end setup, activation, and optimisation of Retail Media campaigns across Sponsored Products, Paid Social, and Programmatic platforms such as Meta and DV360. Translate media plans into high-quality technical campaign setups, including targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, creatives, tracking, and attribution logic. Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CPM, CPA, and CVR, identifying opportunities through audience refinements, bid adjustments, creative testing, and placement optimisation. Collaborate closely with Campaign Managers, Ad Tech, and Data teams to ensure accurate tracking, flawless technical implementation, and transparent reporting across all campaigns. Drive operational excellence by contributing to best practices, playbooks, and activation standards, while sharing expertise on Retail Media, Paid Social, and Programmatic innovations with the wider team.
