Financial Controller (m/w/d)
As Financial Controller, you will play a key role in establishing a strong performance-driven finance function in Germany. You’ll work closely with our Head of Finance and collaborate with the finance team in Belgium. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and the opportunity to grow as we scale.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Develop and improve controlling tools, reports, and dashboards (Excel/Power BI)
Partner with internal and external stakeholders (External accountants, Auditor, Belgian Finance team,, HR, Legal,)
Support M&A activities (financial analysis, integration, reporting)
Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Controlling, or similar
~3–5 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Analysis, FP&A, or similar role
~ Advanced Excel skills; Hands-on mentality and a proactive, solution-oriented working style
~ Fluent in German and English
~ Bonus: Experience in M&A or financial integration is a plus.
