We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our client’s team in Munich, Germany, to drive revenue growth, expand the customer base and build strong partnerships with senior leadership and key decision-makers.

What you’ll be doing
You will be responsible for penetrating and winning new VLE accounts and growing existing business with Enterprise solutions to meet revenue and profit targets. You will do this through conducting market analysis to find new project/customer opportunities and create key account plans that ensure customer needs are identified early.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
* Apply both tactical and strategic go to market models aimed at growing the customer base
* Build strong partnerships at the senior leadership level, key decision-makers and establish new business relationships
* Manage complex sales cycle to close new business and identify cross selling and upselling opportunities
* Support forecast processes, including pipeline analysis, data validation, and identify gaps and actions required
A bit about you
You’ll be based in Munich, Germany and are willing to travel 25% or more as needed within territory &/or company events.
You’ll have 10-15+ years of direct Large Accounts sales experience in a quota-carrying software sales role. Plus, experience managing and closing complex sales cycles, including prior success in closing 1M+ TCV deals and managing multiple large accounts.
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Track record of a consistently high performance and a hunter sales mentality
* Strong knowledge of the German Large Accounts B2B market, problem-solving skills, analytical understanding, and collaboration skills
* Fluency in German and English is mandatory
* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
