For our Client in the Frankfurt/ Main Area (Mainz) we are looking for a Senior Network Engineer (m/f/d) - Focus on Cisco Tasks: Conception and implementation of network solutions around WAN/VPN, VoIP and Security Evaluation of customer requirements, consulting and preparation of service descriptions and solution designs during the presales phase Competent interface between customers, service providers and partners Support and further development of the security infrastructure (clients, servers, networks) Error analysis and implementation of solutions within the agreed service levels Support in first- and second-level support Creation of performance reports and RFOs (Reason for Outages) Requirements: Study of computer science, communications engineering or a comparable apprenticeship with practical experience, ideally in an ITK environment.
