We are seeking an ambitious individual to take charge of all sales activities within the DACH region. As Sales Manager, you will develop strategies that drive growth, identify and develop relationships with potential customers, guide them through the sales process to close successful deals.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape our sales strategy in a rapidly growing company. You will work closely with current customers to coordinate bids, clarify project details, and negotiate terms and schedules.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Sales Leadership: Take charge of all sales activities within the DACH region;
* Customer Engagement: Identify and develop relationships with potential customers;
* Project Coordination: Work closely with current customers to coordinate bids;
* Offer Preparation: Collaborate with our internal tendering team to create compelling technical and commercial offers;
* Brand Representation: Be our ambassador at customer meetings trade shows industry events while supporting marketing initiatives;-Customer Relationship Management CRM management is also essential in this role as well as keeping up-to-date information on key performance indicators-
