FORVIA Munich is looking for an intern/working student (m/w/d) in Sales

Your duties:

Integrated within the sales organization in BMW Customer Business Unit (“CBU”), you will be responsible for the sales development of the assigned portfolio of products, for a delimited perimeter within our European division.

You will support the sales team by focusing on the following tasks:

1. Work with the Sales Manager and his team on current serial
2. Co-ordinate after training period the contact with all relevant internal departments in order to support the preparation of new quotes and offers
3. Ensure process coherence to group standards in order to ensure the commercial viability the offer in preparation
4. Develop the appropriate intimacy with your customer contacts:Set up regular visits Build relationships with key staff in the client organizationMonitor the level of customer satisfaction at regular intervals or after each significant step
5. Prepare the commercial offers and meet the customers´ deadlines:Take part in defining both the targeted pricing and the negotiation path to convince the customerFormalize the offer with the appropriate wording
6. Serial life:Prepare and negotiate the commercial answers to the customer ECRsTrack the variable cost margin of the productsPrepare and follow-up on commercial productivity proposalsUnderstanding and rigorous implementation of the Sales Administration guidelines & processes or commercial management for spare parts

Your qualifications:

7. Minimum education level: Business or Engineering Bachelor Degree
8. Fluent in English (B2+), German (B1+) is a plus
9. Interest in technical product and production related knowhow
10. Good analytical skills and joy in working with calculations and numbers
11. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, …)
12. Strong communication and self-structuring skills
13. International mindset
14. Results-orientated, customer-driven and team player
