The Role We are looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the company’s global people strategy and act as a key partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. The CHRO will ensure the company has the right leadership, organizational structure and talent to support its next phase of growth. The company is undergoing a significant operational and commercial transformation, and this role carries a mandate to actively shape that process — not simply maintain the status quo. This role requires a strong and pragmatic leader capable of operating across multiple jurisdictions, navigating complex employment environments and supporting leadership in important organizational decisions. The ideal candidate will come from a high-performing technology organization and bring experience managing global teams and scaling international companies. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partner to the Executive Leadership Team As a member of the executive leadership team, contribute to decisions on organizational structure, leadership development and workforce strategy. Build a strong leadership bench capable of supporting the company’s long-term growth. Organizational Design & Transformation Work with leadership to design and evolve an organizational structure that supports global growth and operational efficiency. Lead the people dimension of the company’s transformation, ensuring the right roles, capabilities and team structures are in place. Labour Relations & Employment Frameworks Lead the company’s approach to labour relations across multiple jurisdictions, including engagement with unions and employee representative bodies where applicable. Ensure the company operates effectively within different labour frameworks while protecting its operational flexibility. Global Workforce Management Oversee a global workforce of approximately 600 employees, including employees, contractors and offshore teams across multiple regions. Ensure the organization operates efficiently while maintaining compliance with local labour regulations. Performance, Culture & Incentives Strengthen a culture based on accountability and performance. Design compensation and incentive frameworks that clearly align individual objectives with company goals, ensuring incentives support both personal contribution and overall business performance. Talent & HR Systems Ensure the company attracts, develops and retains strong talent globally. Establish effective HR systems, processes and governance to support a growing international organization. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS Senior HR leadership experience within technology companies Experience managing global organizations across multiple countries and cultures Experience navigating complex employment environments, including unions or employee representative bodies Proven track record supporting organizational development, transformation and leadership scaling Experience managing blended workforce models (employees, contractors and offshore teams) Strong judgment, resilience and the ability to operate in complex environments Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills Fluent English Preferred Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software or logistics technology Experience leading people strategy during periods of significant organizational change Experience working within group-owned or multi-entity technology companies Location Flexible.
