You’ll help build a high-performance culture that empowers our mission to revolutionize Thermal Intelligence for Sustainable Earth.For our People & Culture Department, we are looking for a motivatedPeople Business Partner / HR Generalistto join our team.What you’ll be doingAct as a business partner for leaders and employees on all relevant People topics (e.g., performance and talent management, compensation, etc.)Identify areas for improvement and develop HR standards and processes accordingly.Support talent attraction through the entire applicant management process, including preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, recruitment analytics, etc.Assist in developing our personnel marketing and employer branding efforts.Champion employee feedback initiatives and design proactive engagement strategies to foster a responsive, supportive, and healthy workplace culture.Contribute to teamwork on various People & Culture projects (e.g., development of cultural values, DEI initiatives).Collaborate closely with People Operations to support our sustainable international growth.Relevant Skills2-5 years of experience as a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in high-growth, ideally tech scale-up environments.Solid knowledge of German Labour Law and employment practices, with practical experience. Knowledge of other international labor laws is a plus.Broad experience in recruitment strategies; experience with Personio is a plus.
